Aging whiskey in oak is a key step towards it becoming what it truly can be. It provides the color, flavor, and aromas that make up the best spirits in the world. The Alchemi Liquor Kit aims to provide a smoother, cleaner flavor by exposing smaller amounts of liquor to a larger charred American oak surface area. Unlike other infusion sticks, this kit holds the oak in suspension so you can remove it once the peak moment of flavor is achieved.
